Fat Burning Excersise! Isn't this a open term if you wanted to heard one, because all of us have varying body types so genetically we get bigger in specific areas. So, what are you going to do about that goal to have that "Beach Body" by the time the weather breaks, huh? There's a significant chance you asked yourself that very question, and you desire a result

But, hey hold there smarty pants, you just might have to double check your, dare I say it calculations! Ok, there I said it; if you take the time to look at the others' who consider themselves in the same boat as yourself, you should notice that each person's fat different. Not all fat is created equal! :-)

Localized Fat Areas

Upper Chest Fat-
Think of this as for that pack on the pounds around their shoulders, and then the weight spreads the chest area. Now, this effects male and female alike, men play it off as muscle, and some women sometimes do not look at it as a major concern because, it may very well make their bosom seem larger.

Neck Area Fat- The fat here does not respect boundaries, it can be found on young people to the older ones among us. It is localized in the neck region of course in the neck region of the body, and can cause the double chin look, plus triple chin also quadruple chin. This particular region of neck fat don't just affect the victims in front of them but often it will affect the back of the neck as well

Arm Fat-
We've all come across it or experienced it, this is where the fat pointed out on the arm from the underneath the arm to the elbow, and even further.

Fat around the Belly-
The fat in this section is many times responded to by us like a longtime friend, as if to say "Wow, I haven't seen you in years," as we smile and pull and tug on it. The Fat around the Belly isn't only located in the front as it increases to the hip region of our bodies causing the belly over belt look (lived through that)

Back Fat - Now, this area and the previous mentioned stomach fat coincides so often that they are considered by me to be one in the same but for the sake of argument I'll keep apart the both of them. Of course we see the fat from the back of a person. It usually spreads to the hip area just as it occurs in the stomach section but it tends to go there more often than the belly fat so that's why I'm dealing with it separately. The stomach area fat can only be considered as the stomach increasingly hanging over the belt of the person without spreading extending to the back, whereas the back fat very hardly ever extends over the belt without considerably moving to the hip section first.

Thigh Fat-
Women just about everywhere do not care for this fat, primarily because it leads to their thighs rubbing. This region of fat affects both male and female and a lot of times start in the hip region and spread downward over the thighs as well as beneath the knees.

The Buttocks Fat-
The fat in this section is gathered in the buttocks section and hangs downward to the back region of the thighs as well as the hip section of the body. It most likely connects with the Stomach Fat and Thigh region Fat causing a lot of problems for the male or female.
